Blandy Garden Fair Information Booth – Extension Master Gardeners have a booth at this event during Mother’s Day weekend. They can answer your home gardening questions or tell you more about the plants you just bought!
Chet Hobert Park Xeriscape Garden – Extension Master Gardeners are on hand periodically throughout the growing season to discuss the importance of xeriscape gardening while they oversee planting, mulching, and pruning. All plants are labelled for identification. Use the QR code on the NSVMGA sign to link to plant information sheets.
Clarke County Fair – Extension Master Gardeners staff an information booth at the annual Clarke County Fair. They answer homeowners questions about gardening and share information about the VCE Master Gardener program.
Clarke County Farmers Market – On June 21, August 16, and October 18, 2025, stop by the Extension Master Gardeners booth at the Clarke County Farmers Market. They answer homeowners questions about gardening and share information about the VCE Master Gardener program.
EMG Seed Exchange – Extension Master Gardeners prepare thousands of packets of seed to swap at this annual event. The free seed exchange also includes a book exchange and opportunities to learn about growing plants from seed.
Seed Lending Library – Extension Master Gardeners offer free seeds at the Clarke County Library in Berryville. Learn the satisfaction and benefits of gardening then harvest and return a portion of the seeds to the library to share with others.
